Morning I hope if your following this blog with me you’ve made it to day 4. Your only a couple of days away from week one. I hope your waking feeling a little fresher on a morning. Your sweats will still be there I guess and your headaches. Don’t worry as I said they will subside.
You should of got your water bottle remember to fill it before you go out to work ideally you need to get 2-4 litres of water down you daily. That’s not easy I hear you say, I’m telling you now it is. Your sports bottle you bought is 1 litre doesn’t take many gulps to get that down right.
